The founder
25+ years where technology meets public accountability.
Our founder has spent more than 25 years leading technology programs where the stakes are high: statewide systems, multi-year modernization efforts, and vendor contracts where a missed date shows up in the news, not just a status report.
That experience runs deepest in large-scale health and human services modernization across multiple states, including mainframe migration, federal reporting, cloud data platforms on AWS and Snowflake, and multi-vendor delivery.
The work has spanned both sides of the procurement table, writing RFPs and responding to them. That is where you learn what makes a contract work, and where projects quietly start to fail.
JASPR was founded in 2026 to bring that judgment to public agencies and growing companies that need a senior advisor who stays through delivery.
The name
Named for a stone built in layers.
Jasper forms slowly, layer on layer, into one of the most durable stones there is. It has been prized for thousands of years because it holds up.
That is the kind of work we want to do. Strategy, systems, projects and governance are layers of the same structure, and each one has to hold for the whole to last. The four tiles in our mark are those four pillars, set together as one.
